Patricia Richards, Jose Ajpu Muñoz, Robert White Mountain, Dahlahk Pahtahlngee
Patricia Richards is an Earthwalker, Ceremonialist and deep practitioner of listening to the call of the inner life. Her deep listening has led her to work in reciprocity with the land, bringing prayerful reverence wherever she is called. Patricia held Sacred Space as a Water Protector at Standing Rock and is also a DreamSpace practitioner, working with people to make the unconscious conscious. She holds ceremonial energy and invites all beings to walk in peace with the earth.

Robert White Mountain (Ĥe Ska, Hunkpapa Lakota) is the co-Founder of the Medicine Wheel Living Park (click HERE to learn more), a food forest located on 65 acres on the South Dakota side of Standing Rock Sioux Indian Reservation in the Bear Soldier community aka McLaughlin. The park was founded in 2009 and is a grass roots, volunteer-run community organization focusing on Earth sustainability practices, food sovereignty and reconnection to Lakota culture and our Mother Earth. From Robert:
“In the past I worked with Jane Goodall and she inspired me with what she does. She goes all over the place and promotes what she is doing at the time. In order for her to get people involved in her work she created Roots and Shoots and she said I need to think of a way for me to get people involved in my work. After fasting and prayers I came up with the H.O.M.E Team. I found out in 2002 that the Lakota are the only people who hold the key for the Earth to heal herself and go back out to a safe orbit and quit going into the sun like we are right now. The problem we have to fix is that the Lakota need to have unity for the key to work. Thus the reason for the H.O.M.E Team as the Lakota can't do it alone and the world family has to help. So like Jane I want to create H.O.M.E Team chapters everywhere I go, so hopefully at the Headwaters Gathering we can have a chapter there in your area so we can all be part of the H.O.M.E Team. Womakaska Oyasin.”
My Name is Mountain Eagle (Dahlahk Pahtahlngee). I am from the First Nations here in North America. Washeshu is what we call ourselves, which translates as "All the People." This includes land, air, water, animal, human and those other untold entities. In my life, I learned many things from “All the People,” Nature as my teacher. I witnessed and remembered the songs and stories of my Elders and Ancestors. My life has been shaped by the both the hardship and beauty of my People. I returned into this life, after a long sleep from earth, protecting the medicine of my People. I am here to share indigenous wisdom and practices, to help us all feel empowered to create a more just, loving and harmonious world.
